The role:

Our client is one of the UK’s leading commercial suppliers, growing year on year! They’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join the family run business to progress and develop with the role.

The aim of the role is to contribute to business successes, increasing turnover through retention and new business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound sales and processing orders (No cold calling).
  • Client relationship management.
  • Responding to customer enquiries, made through the website.
  • General Customer Service, maintaining and building strong relationships.
  • Conversing with clients through all media channels, including telephone, email and webchat.
  • Building quotations and estimations based on client needs and requirements.
  • Closing on quotations and estimations with prospect clients, through resolution, collaborating and problem solving.
  • Speaking to clients throughout projects to ensure satisfaction.
  • Negotiating rates with suppliers and with prospect clients to win orders.
  • After-sale Project Management.

Minimum qualifications of GCSE English & Maths at grade C and above are expected, ideally with additional further education qualifications (A-Levels). Applicants should have a background and experience in sales and customer service working within an office environment. Full IT literacy and proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite of products are essential, particularly Word & Excel.
