As a Senior Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
  • Playing the circulation role and promoting a patient-centred approach in partnership with healthcare experts.
  • Completing scrub duties in line with policies and procedures, enhancing quality control, and promoting evidence-based practice.
  • Performing all tasks professionally and competently, including mandatory surgical examinations before, during, and prior to wound closure.
  • Organising, controlling, preparing, and managing the use of surgical instruments and medications for various surgical procedures.
