Our well-established client service the Aerospace, Defence and Marine Sectors. They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven SOP Administrator to process customer orders, dispatches and provide a stock control function!

SOP Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process Customer Purchase orders, generating Sales Orders in Epicor to show Customer Demand and to raise Contract Reviews where necessary
  • Update Part Prices as necessary
  • Create dispatch notes to ship parts to customers
  • Create despatch notes ready to be shipped to customers
  • Issue stock for assemblies and kits
  • Close Job Cards after completion, ensuring these are scanned and filled and archived appropriately
  • Complete periodic stock takes and assist with 'End of Year’ Stock take

The ideal SOP Administrator will:

  • Have administrative experience, processing purchase and sales orders
  • Be able to use/ have experience with ERP systems
  • IT literate including Microsoft Excel
