What's involved?
- Selecting and mixing the required coating products.
- Being a member of the UK Production Team, helping to deliver quality product within target.
- Selecting and attaching the correct spray guns and nozzles to create the desired spray pattern.
- Spraying products using industry techniques.
- Cleaning spray guns, and other spraying equipment.
- Inspecting and assessing spray coatings after the coating has dried.
- Offer ideas to improve performance and throughput.
- Operate within a framework of procedures and specific targets in pursuit of overall department goals and objectives as defined by the Operations Manager
- Work in a flexible and cooperative manner across all functions, always recognising that you represent the Company when on premises.
- Work with minimum supervision and have a positive and proactive can-do attitude.
- Maintaining a keen eye for detail and a high level of quality and working practices, adhering to applicable company procedures in particular Health & Safety.
- Representing Void Acoustics at all times in a professional manner to suppliers, customers and third parties and at such times being responsible for protecting the Company's interests.
