Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team at CMS Clinical. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our residents/patients, contributing to their well-being and overall experience within our healthcare agency.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting our residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing and assistance with food and fluids.
  • Monitoring our resident's vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assisting with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to all of our residents.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, when necessary.
  • Documenting resident information and maintaining up-to-date accurate records.
  • Following all healthcare protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all of our residents.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the cleanliness and the organisation of the proffesional healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Previous healthcare experience of 6 months in the UK is essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Having a compassionate and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum age of 18 is a requirement. 
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
  • If you hold an international driving licence you must own your own business car insurance.
