- Run the day to day of this fresh food restaurant.
- General Manager to deliver the best customer service
- General Manager to have the freedom to be creative
- A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7
- General Manager to lead a large team
The Requirements
- A strong background within restaurants, hotels or fresh food gastro pubs.
- A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
- A self-starter who relishes staff development
- Experience of running large teams on a fresh food site.
- General Manager with a High volume background is desirable
