Working in our Rapid Response Team puts you in the one of the most important teams in Prama. You will be called upon to support our service users all over Dorset at a moments notice so that we can provide the essential care they need, from our Head Office in Poole. This role will also include covering administrative tasks, working alongside our Care Coordinators when you are not covering care calls.
The hours we are looking to cover are:07.00to 15.00Monday, Thursday & Friday plus alternate weekends at 07.00-19.00(GH 34pw)
The purpose of the Rapid Response Team is to attend care calls in cases of staff sickness or unforeseen hold-ups, to avoid having to cancel calls and leave clients without the care they need. RRT CSWs will be based in the Care Centre in Holes Bay (Poole), completing administrative work when they are not covering calls. The RRT will be flexible and drive throughout the area to ensure that the clients that rely on us are not adversely affected by team absence. The aim of RRT CSWs is to:
Provide care and support to people with long term conditions to enable them to remain in their own homes.
Ensure clients are able to exercise full choice and control.
Ensure needs of clients are met in a person-centred manner.
Ensure clients safety is paramount.
Ensure care service delivery reflects clients desired outcomes.
