Key Responsibilities for this HR Administrator:
- Prepare, process and manage employee contracts
- Gather and review HR documents to ensure adherence to compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
- Work closely with payroll to ensure all employee information is up to date before payroll deadlines
- Assist HR with the distribution, management and upkeep of employee development records
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and monitoring applications
- Manage uniform requests and place orders
- Collaborate with other head office departments to align business schedules
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within HR or recruitment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using a CRM system or managing a high-volume database.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask effectively
