Our client is looking for a proactive HR Administrator to support their team, playing a vital role in maintaining HR records, coordinating recruitment processes and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities for this HR Administrator:

  • Prepare, process and manage employee contracts
  • Gather and review HR documents to ensure adherence to compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
  • Work closely with payroll to ensure all employee information is up to date before payroll deadlines
  • Assist HR with the distribution, management and upkeep of employee development records
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and monitoring applications
  • Manage uniform requests and place orders
  • Collaborate with other head office departments to align business schedules

What They’re Looking For:

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within HR or recruitment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using a CRM system or managing a high-volume database.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask effectively
