CMA HR Division are currently working with a global organisation based near Poole, Dorset to recruit a HR Manager in a growing organisation with a supportive and flexible working culture.

The HR Manager will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture.

What will HR Manager role involve?

  • Drive the people agenda for the group and UK site
  • Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Support the recruitment process – write job descriptions to attract quality candidates, prepare interview questions and application forms etc.
  • Ad hoc HR projects
  • Be a business partner to the CEO & CFO for administration tasks

Suitable Candidate for HR Manager vacancy:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a HR qualification or equivalent and have experience in a generalist role
  • Excellent work ethic, approachable personality with a pro active approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Comfortable working autonomously
