HR Advisor - Poole/Hybrid - Up to £35,000 DOEAre you an experienced HR Advisor seeking a new and rewarding challenge?Do you have experience working as an HR Advisor?If yes, then read on to see what's on offer!What you'll be doing:As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing and aligning existing HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance with current best practices and legal standards. You will play a key role in refining various HR processes, including recruitment, absence management, onboarding, training, and wellbeing initiatives. You'll also provide expert advice and support on Employee Relations matters, managing cases related to absences, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.About the company: The company is a global leader providing advanced solutions across various sectors. They specialise in high-performance products that enhance efficiency, reduce contaminants, and support sustainability.What we're looking for:

  • Prepare and issue HR documentation, including employment contracts, job descriptions, and employee communications.
  • Support the Senior leadership team with permanent recruitment, including candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring process.
  • Lead the onboarding process for all permanent starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Assist the HR Administrator with the recruitment of temporary staff, including liaising with recruiting managers and agencies, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.
  • Assist in disciplinary and grievance hearings, ensuring accurate notetaking and coaching managers to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Coordinate and organize Occupational Health referrals.
  • Provide HR advice and support on matters such as maternity/paternity leave, flexible working, absence management, and disciplinary issues.
  • Prepare HR data and metrics with analysis and commentary for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy on HRIS (Workday), time and attendance systems (i-Time), and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Proven experience working within HR.
  • CIPD Qualified is desirable but not essential.
