- Provide business partner support to drive performance and engagement.
- Align people strategy with regional goals and organisational objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for all people-related matters.
- Empower line managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Build trusted relationships across business units and teams.
Hours & Benefits:
- 3 days per week (ideally Wednesday to Friday 22.2 hrs per week)
- Hybrid /Flexible Working
