Network and Systems Manager
Location: Poole
Salary: up to £45k DOE
Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri (1 hour lunch)

They are looking for a Network and Systems Manager to join their team. The successful candidate must have experience within a similar role. You will be based at their Poole office. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, think clearly and act decisively and have good personal organisational skills. You will need to be a good listener and have good problem-solving skills as well as being a great communicator.
The successful Network and Systems Manager will: -

Knowledge in the following systems would be ideal for this role:
- CRM Systems
- Windows server 2022
- Windows 11
- Intune / autopilot
- Microsoft Teams - Including phone systems
- Backup systems
Job duties for Network and Systems Manager:-
- Resolve problems reported by end user
- Logging, monitoring and updating tickets on the Incident Management system
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, vulnerability, detection and mitigation, and firewalls
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
- Liaise with third party support companies where necessary to support where needed
- Personnel/Workload Management of Systems and Security Administrator role.
