- Oversee the full production lifecycle for creative projects like digital campaigns, video content, websites, and more.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimise workflow and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate efforts across departments (creative, digital, and client services) to meet objectives and hit project milestones.
- Encourage teamwork, ensure smooth communication, and manage quality checks, revisions, and approvals across projects.
- Manage studio resources and work with freelancers, contractors, and external vendors when necessary to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with the client services team to interpret project briefs, plan team schedules, and provide consistent progress updates.
- Track team performance, monitor client retainers, and keep stakeholders informed to guarantee projects stay on track and within budget.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and content production across motion, animation, web design and development.
- Strong proven experience within a similar role
- A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a deadline driven environment
- Strong skills with a project management software
- Experienced with delivering both creative and digital projects
- Experience using google workspace, Jira and Atlassian Tools
