Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm

Job Title: IT Support Analyst Developer
Our client pioneers inventive products crafted for enduring quality. They are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT Support Analyst / Developer to join their dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and enhancing critical business systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting and Developing IT Solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving application support issues.
- Collaborating with the business to identify and implement new solutions to meet evolving needs.
- Streamlining business processes through automation and integration.
- Championing the adoption and utilisation of Microsoft 365 technologies across the organisation (SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate).
- Maintaining and optimising database performance (MS SQL Server).
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.
- Integrating internal and external systems (e.g., carriers, customers, websites).
- Providing technical support and training to end-users on various systems.
- Documenting technical processes and procedures for knowledge sharing.
- Actively participating in IT projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborating with external vendors to resolve third-party application issues.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, including T-SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
- Experience with Business Central, Power BI, PowerShell, C# (or similar), and FileMaker is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with system integration and API integrations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for technology and a continuous drive to learn.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, SQL Server) are a plus.
