A number of technology SMEs will be required by the programme, however ongoing updates and support will still be required to our business systems during that period, and we are looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to keep our systems fit for purpose during this transition.This role is the AX technical specialist that also manages the Business Applications team, delivering support and solutions to assigned business areas primarily in relation to AX, but also in support of other business software. It will involve working with partners and internal customers to troubleshoot applications and software as well as design and deliver in-house end-user guidance and changes while the organisation transitions to the new landscape.About youTo be considered as our new Lead Business Systems Analyst you will need:- In-depth, 'hands-on’ knowledge of and experience with enterprise applications, including AX 2012.- Experience of writing Transact-SQL queries, X++ and a good understanding of the AX Dynamics architecture.- Experience of working with and an understanding of 3rd Party Application Integrations / Interfaces and 3rd Party suppliers.- Proven significant experience with troubleshooting methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.- The ability to lead and develop a team of technical specialists while working collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders.It is also desirable that you have Microsoft AX certifications and experience relating to a number of different AX modules e.g. HR, Finance, Production, Procurement, and Asset Management.
