Shift Pattern: Panama (12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights)
Are you an experienced Engineering Shift team Leader looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? This role is a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly, much like the conductor of an orchestra ensuring every section plays in harmony.
The Role:
As an Engineering Shift Leader, you will:
- Lead a team of engineers to maintain and improve production efficiency.
- Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is carried out effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
- Maintain health, safety, and food quality standards.
- Use maintenance management systems to track activities and asset performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar engineering leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Proven ability to lead a team in a high-speed production environment, ensuring all moving parts work together seamlessly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Familiarity with health & safety, food safety, and compliance regulations.
