Are you an experienced Engineering Shift team Leader looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? This role is a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly, much like the conductor of an orchestra ensuring every section plays in harmony.



The Role:

As an Engineering Shift Leader, you will:

  • Lead a team of engineers to maintain and improve production efficiency.
  • Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is carried out effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Maintain health, safety, and food quality standards.
  • Use maintenance management systems to track activities and asset performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar engineering leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Proven ability to lead a team in a high-speed production environment, ensuring all moving parts work together seamlessly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
  • Familiarity with health & safety, food safety, and compliance regulations.
