Can you confidently deal with clients face to face, be a great listener, provide great customer service and easily build rapport? Are you passionate about helping customers? If so, then we want to speak with you about this fantastic opportunity!

As an Insurance Handler, your main responsibilities include:

  • Taking enquiries from existing policyholders - Processing adjustments (Change of vehicle’s, change of address), payment queries, new claims, and general enquiries.
  • Calling underwriters to discuss changes and premiums.
  • Taking enquiries from new clients - Transferring to relevant department i.e. Renewals/New business team
  • Contacting clients to request documents insurers require.
  • Processing changes on portals, (data inputting) issuing and sending manual documents to clients.
  • Able to work under a time pressure, manage client’s expectations and be successful at multi-tasking.

No previous insurance experience is required as our client offers fantastic training and support to allow you to become a highly skilled and qualified Insurance Handler!
