Our client, a highly respected specialist insurance company, is looking for a passionate and professional individual to join the team and support their Administration team.

Working as an Insurance Administrator, your role is to support the Retentions and Sales teams to ensure all relevant paperwork is accurate, up to date and within FCA regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Retentions and Sales teams with all administrative duties.
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date.
  • Update the system with full and accurate information.
  • Adherence to the requirements laid out by the FCA in terms of compliance and customer risk.
  • Build relationships with 3rd party Insurers and Underwriters.
  • Providing support to customers regarding policy paperwork.

In order to be successful in this Retentions role, our client is looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience working in a FCA or Insurance role
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
