**Paint Sprayer role in Poole**

Location: Holton Heath, Poole

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm

Pay: Weekly pay depending on experience

We're looking for a talented Paint Sprayer to join our client's team crafting high-quality furniture for the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply specialised marine-grade coatings to furniture pieces using precision spray equipment.
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure top-notch finishes.
Adhere to quality standards and specifications specific to marine furniture production.
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a paint sprayer, ideally within the marine furniture or related industry.
Proficiency in using various painting techniques and equipment suitable for furniture finishes.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with excellent communication skills.
