You will have trained and gained experience in Company Commercial work, Commercial Law or Commercial Property. You will be presentable, flexible and maintain a friendly and approachable persona with an excellent business development and client care skills. You will work alongside the Partner and be given experience in a wide range of work including site acquisitions, leases and licences, bank finance and plot development work. You should have a strong training contract behind you and you will have a good understanding of various aspects of commercial work.
