Due to continued growth, this is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to a dynamic and forward-thinking firm, providing tailored legal solutions to high-net-worth individuals across jurisdictions. The Role You will be advising on complex international tax, trust, estate planning, and succession matters, as well as providing cross-border estate administration services with a focus on tax-efficient structuring and compliance. This includes offering guidance on issues related to residency, domicile, and expatriation while coordinating with foreign lawyers and navigating diverse legal systems to ensure seamless client service. Additionally, the position emphasises building and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients and their advisors. Who You will have strong experience in private client law, particularly with a focus on international matters, and possess a solid understanding of UK and international tax laws. Excellent client relationship and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team while managing your own caseload.
