My client is seeking a highly motivated Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our expanding team just outside of Poole.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to Property Partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with all aspects of the conveyancing process, from instruction to completion (residential or commercial experience preferred).
- Drafting legal documents, letters, and correspondence.
- Managing client files and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Liaising with clients, Land Registry and other stakeholders.
- Conducting legal searches and preparing requisitions.
About You
- You have previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary (residential or commercial).
- You possess a strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
- You are a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills.
- You are a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
