Legal Secretary - Poole

My client are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Legal secretary to join their Residential Conveyancing Team in Canford Cliffs, Poole.

This role would suit an individual with at least one year's previous Residential Conveyancing experience and knowledge of the process from instruction to completion. You will be working within a dynamic environment with a fun and supportive culture, providing a high quality service to their clients.

Some duties include but are not limited to:

File opening & file closing
Scanning and saving documents to electronic folders or to email
Telephone enquiries and quotes
Liaising with clients
Managing a fee earners inbox
Land registry acquisitions
Archiving
Preparing and sending faxes as required
Preparing documents for dispatch by email DX or post
