My client is currently looking for a for a Solicitor/Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal to join their landlord, tenant and debt team in Poole, Dorset. The role encompasses a large amount of hybrid working.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with landlords, letting agents, and insurers, ensuring they receive expert, actionable advice. You’ll play a key part in assisting our clients to recover possession of their properties, drafting legal documents, and supporting them throughout the court process.
Responsibilities
• Helping landlords recover possession of their properties.• Drafting eviction notices and assisting clients through the court process.• Managing defended claims through to trial, including drafting replies to defences.• Providing expert legal advice to landlords, letting agents, and insurers.• Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.• Participating in events to promote the firm.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal.• Previous experience or strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law or litigation (preferred).• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.• A commitment to providing clear, jargon-free legal advice.• A true team ethos
