Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, office based

Salary: £22K to £26K depending on experience

My client is now seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide legal support and administration to their Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing teams in Poole. This is a great role for someone who has a desire to progress into a qualified legal role in the future. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in the property market. You will support a busy Associate Solicitor and be part of a small but strong team of brilliant people.

Key Responsibilities of the Paralegal:

  • Typing client care letters
  • Legal research
  • Attending to clients on a daily basis either by telephone or face to face
  • Reviewing diary for appointments
  • Dealing with initial enquiries
  • Assisting with the legal advice

Requirements of the Paralegal:

  • Genuine interest in the property market
  • Ideally be studying CILEx or Law (but not essential)
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional appearance
  • Exercise a high degree of common sense
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
