As Head of Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily production activities and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise productivity and resource allocation.
• Managing logistics, supply chain, and global shipping, while establishing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Ensuring product quality through robust quality management and assurance processes.
• Leading cross-departmental projects, managing budgets, deadlines, and responding to operational challenges.

As Head of Operations, your skills and experience will include:

• Proven experience in operations or production management within a manufacturing or engineering environment (minimum 5 years)
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to make decisions, solve problems, and lead a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Technical knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and workforce planning
