Holt Engineering is offering a permanent opportunity for a Logistics Supervisor in Poole with a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
The role requires proven experience in logistics along with a Level 3 National (or International) Transport Managers Certificate of Professional Competence.
Candidates must also possess a Class 1 Driving Licence, a full clean Driving Licence, and a CPC Licence to be considered for the position.
The Logistics Supervisor will manage day-to-day driver and vehicle issues, schedule fleet maintenance, and ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.

Holt Engineering have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a LogisticsSupervisor in Poole, the role can offer an immediate start and the salary is 40-45,000pa.

The primary focus of this role is to assist the Transport Manager in delivering optimum fleet efficiency, by managing day to day driver, vehicle and trailer issues as well as scheduling and organizing fleet maintenance.

Essentials to be considered for this LogisticsSupervisor position:

Proven experience within Logistics
Level 3 National (or International) Transport Managers Certificate of Professional Competence
Class 1 Driving Licence
Full clean Driving Licence
CPC Licence

Duties for the Successful LogisticsSupervisor:

Deal with any issues that arise effecting fleet or drivers
Organise and schedule fleet service vehicles and trailers, repairs, MOT
Support and develop internal and external procedures
Ensure you are always aware and on top of existing, proposed, and forthcoming changes to legislation and best practice
Assist across the department as and when needed
Moving vehicles within the yard as and when needed.

This position is working a day shift totalling 48 hours a week, 8am-6pmTuesday to Friday and 4 hours on Saturday, the hours can be flexible depending on business needs and the salary is 40-45 DOE.
