- Lead and develop within a growing company
- Stock Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Purchasing & Procurement: Create and manage purchase orders on ERP system.
- Goods In Management: Handle incoming goods, accuratelyinputting data.
- Warehouse Facilities & Equipment: Maintain the warehouse and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Goods Storage & Dispatch: Manage safe storage and timely dispatch of goods to customers.
- Warehouse Organisation: Reorganise the warehouse to optimise space utilisation.
- Courier Claims: Handle claims for courier damages and losses.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure warehouse operations meet all health and safety regulations.
- International Orders: Manage customs forms and troubleshoot any issues related to international shipping.
- Order Processing Support: Assist in processing orders, including booking couriers and post when needed.
- Operational Efficiency: Utilise the warehouse systems and software to implement efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and develop warehouse staff to ensure continued performance and a collaborative, safety-conscious work environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work to deadlines and handle time-sensitive requests effectively.
- 2+ years experience of a Warehouse Manager (or similar) role.Â
- Previous experience of leading a team.
