Production Coordinator - Poole - £Competitive Are you detail-oriented with a passion for coordinating production processes?Are you an experienced Production Coordinator or looking to start a career as a Production Coordinator?If yes, then read on to see what's on offer!What you'll be doing:As a Production Coordinator, your day-to-day activities will involve a variety of responsibilities that are critical to the efficient operation of the production processes.You will manage the flow of materials into the factory, expedite production timelines, and maintain accurate records to ensure full traceability and compliance with industry standards.About the company:Our client is a leading manufacturer specialising in high-quality products and innovative solutions.What we're looking for:

  • Analyse and gather data from the in-house system and create reports to track how well production is running.
  • Create check-off sheets and oversee material bookings in the in-house system, making sure everything meets required standards.
  • Join production meetings to discuss progress, assign tasks, and update the planning board.
  • Monitor and order materials
  • Promote the effective use of the in-house system and provide training to team members.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling production tasks to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Process and manager all drawings and specifications.
  • Manage health and safety paperwork.

Hours & Benefits:Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
