Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and handling breakdowns. You will work across a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.
Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support across the plant.
Troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
Maintain safety standards and adhere to all relevant regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Electrical qualification (minimum NVQ Level 3).
Proven experience in an FMCG environment, preferably with mechanical and electrical maintenance exposure.
Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to work under pressure and solve complex issues effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Shift Pattern:

3 days on, 3 days off (Days & Nights).
