Your new role

  • Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, working directly for a leading facilities management provider, across a prestigious commercial head quaters office, in Bournemouth.
  • Liasing with the client regularly, responsibility for contractors, building checks and ensuring any maintenance issues are escalated.
  • Building walk arounds and checks, identify any potential maintenance issues, liaise with the engineers, booking in and overseeing subcontractors, issuing permits, logging jobs and raising to the engineer’s via CAFM system as and when required, updating the client and other stakeholders on the job process, meeting SLA requirements, supporting with any minor repairs across the site.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will need to have experience within Facilities Management, in a workplace coordinator / facilities assistant / team leader or Supervisor role.
  • Any building service-related qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
  • You will need to have a good technical understanding, strong communication skills and the experience and ability to work with CAFM systems.
