- Background in manufacturing operations.

- Understanding of purchasing and MRP processes.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Proficiency in IT, including Outlook and Excel (SAP Business One knowledge is an advantage).
