  • Compile and deliver monthly board reports, attending meetings to provide updates on progress and address key issues.
  • Supervise maintenance of the facility, machinery, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage the production team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Oversee health and safety, quality, and environmental standards across the facility.
  • Collaborate with senior management to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Develop and execute business plans to support operational growth and efficiency.
  • Manage production planning, reporting, and data collection to meet deadlines and quality targets.
