We are a marine engineering company and distributor and dealer of quality brands, looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to our growing team.
This role is crucial in overseeing the production processes and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the production department.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline production processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Maintain and improve safety protocols.
- Handle budgeting and resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
