Our client is looking for a seasoned CRM Lead who thrives in the trenches of data, strategy, and performance. The Role:
  • Campaign Commander: Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns with laser focus on performance and engagement. Track every interaction, adapt, and pivot to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Data Strategist: Deep-dive into customer behavior and performance metrics. Leverage data analytics to inform strategies, unearth trends, and provide insights that push growth and retention.
  • Email Architect: Craft and refine email marketing strategies that speak directly to the audience. Test, analyse, and optimize everything from subject lines to conversion rates.
  • Lifecycle Specialist: Own and optimise the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention. Ensure each touchpoint is tailored for maximum impact.
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience in a CRM role, with a focus on data analysis and performance marketing.
  • Ability to design, implement, and refine CRM strategies that drive measurable results.
