I’m delighted to be exclusively representing a great Client of ours, a luxury FMCG brand with recruitment of their brand new eCommerce Executive role. This vacancy would be a strong match for someone who already gained some experience as an eCommerce Coordinator, Digital Merchandiser, Online Trading Executive or Digital Marketing Executive within an eCommerce space. What you’ll be doingThe successful postholder will report into the Head of eCommerce and Digital Marketing. The purpose of this role is to assist in new customer acquisition, conversion and retention mix. Day to day tasks will include managing website products, categories and content as well as designing promotional banners for products and propositions. It’ll be crucial to help identify new opportunities for acquiring new customers through email sign ups, affiliate network and ad campaigns. This role will also entail email marketing, reporting on website performance and managing a B2B website. It’ll be key for the postholder to contribute ideas across eCommerce mix such as about the UX, landing pages, designing new site features etc. What experience you’ll need to apply• Previous experience working in a similar role for an eCommerce business.• Magento experience is highly beneficial but other platforms like Shopify are also OK.• Creative flair, ability to use Canva/ Adobe Creative are desirable.• Strong writing skills and superb attention to detail.• Excellent relationship building skills.• Data analysis and reporting skills.
