The Role:

This is a newly created role focused on supporting customer communications for one of their key brands. You'll be involved in all aspects of marketing, from campaign development and content creation to digital execution and event support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns from briefing to approval, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Develop engaging copy for various marketing channels, adapting tone and content as needed.
  • Conduct research and write compelling marketing copy for diverse materials.
  • Support the execution of digital campaigns across email, social media, and websites.
  • Contribute to the creation of catalogues and other printed collateral.
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide timely marketing information and support.
  • Assist in the coordination of customer events, including displays and materials.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests for images and data, maintaining high standards of communication.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to plan effective launch campaigns.
  • Undertake occasional travel to support showroom or other activities as required.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years previous marketing experience within a product led environment is essential.
  • B2B marketing experience is required.
  • A proactive and creative "can-do" attitude.
  • A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A keen eye for product and marketing, with a passion for the industry.
