My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join their busy inhouse marketing team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Marketing and have experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the strategy, planning, execution and promotion of marketing campaigns, branded materials, promotions and events, incorporating a multichannel approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with business objectives
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, printed materials, social media, and website updates
- Focusing on developing brand content, producing marketing materials for product promotions and launches
- Ensure all written content aligns with the brand’s tone of voice, messaging guidelines, and broader marketing objectives.
- Assisting the Management Team with the development and implementation of the marketing strategy of the business
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Analyse market trends, conducting research to inform strategic decisions and campaign briefs
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
- 4+ years’ experience across traditional, social, and digital media marketing, ideally within a B2B environment
- Experienced planner, very deadline oriented and ability to work in a fast-moving work environment
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong Interpersonal skills.
- Performs and thrives under pressure with deadlines.
- Team player that loves collaboration and cross functional work
- A self-starter, able to work both independently and in collaboration with other functions to achieve the company’s goals.
