Customer focus is key and you must be able to manage customer returns and complaints, assessing the root cause analysis.The Role:* Quality Engineer* Training, development and progression* 4 day week, no weekend, voluntary overtime

  • Managing quality across site including root cause analysis, QMS management, returns and auditing

  • Familiar with aerospace quality standards
