Are you an organised and proactive professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support within our clients team. What You'll Be Doing:

* Acting as a key point of contact, managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls

* Handling diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments

* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy

* Providing general administrative support, including typing, filing, and scanning (the company operates a paperless environment)

* Assisting with confidential and time-sensitive tasks as required

* Liaising with internal teams and external clients, maintaining a professional and approachable manner at all times
