We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our client. This role involves working closely with line managers, warehouse employees, and various teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator and a keen problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as generating pick notes, dispatching orders, printing commercial invoices, and updating transport plans.
  • Take minutes during meetings as required and liaise with third-party logistic partners.
  • Manage health and safety administration, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
  • Act as the key point of communication between the warehouse and head office, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and documentation.
  • Assist with HR functions including absence reporting, HR investigations, and maintaining training records.
  • Oversee the maintenance of warehouse offices, ensuring all documentation is current and communicated effectively across teams.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, manage event logistics, and support with onboarding and inductions for new staff.
  • Conduct weekly visual site health and safety inspections and update safety communication boards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Independent worker with a proactive approach and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and comfortable conducting site inspections.
