Details for this role

We are seeking an organised administrator, good face to face and on the phone, meeting the public who walk into the hub, dealing with queries, logging details, answering emails, supporting the team with admin tasks, will include typing, data entry, working on Excel.

Able to take minutes, and will be trained on this for meetings. Seeking candidates with great communication skills, lots of empathy and someone who has handled sensitive and confidential information previously.

Ideally you will have worked in the public sector previously, either within care, education, GP surgery, ideally dealing with children with a good understanding of safeguarding.
