This individual will take on the role of running the site, including full TFM (cleaning, catering, waste, Engineering) 3 x Engineers based on site with a team of cleaners and canteen staff. Day to day running and managing customers on site. PPM management and extra works all everything in between!
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the scheduling, execution, and quality of all repair and maintenance work across the groups, while managing customers.
- Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption to operations, and in line with health and safety standards.
- Regularly assess the condition of buildings and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and initiating necessary repairs.
Requirements and desired qualities include:
- experience in a Built Environment discipline/ FM/Maintenance/Surveying.
- Proficient in managing building life cycles, with preferred knowledge of M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
- Familiarity with CDM (Construction Design and Management)
- Clean driving license.
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work at pace and operate in a fast-changing environment.
