Product Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Location: Poole, Dorset

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Our client seeking a meticulous and proactive Product Administrator to support the Compliance Manager in ensuring the smooth and compliant launch of their innovative products. You will play a crucial role in coordinating product testing, gathering critical data, and maintaining comprehensive records to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product testing activities, ensuring all safety, legislative, and cost objectives are met within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain and update technical information within internal databases.
  • Actively support the achievement of company obligations related to all relevant product and environmental legislation.
  • Collect, analyse, and present compliance data, completing required submissions both internally and externally.
  • Provide support to the compliance team across a variety of tasks, including customer requests and other activities essential for business compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely administrative records, contributing to efficient and effective working practices.

Skills & Experience required as a Product Administrator:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to interact with external customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data entry and record-keeping.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to learn and navigate the evolving compliance landscape.
