Responsibilities as Production Supervisor
- As part of an established manufacturing team, you will support and mentor a team of multi-skilled engineers.
- Impart continuous improvement throughout the team, supporting lean initiatives
- Implementing process and procedure, ensuring that all guidelines and standards are being adhered to
- When required be able to train and develop the team, motivating and encouraging collaboration
- Working with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across departments
- Able to be hands-on with the CNC Machines when required to support your team, advising and supporting operators
Skills and qualifications as Production Supervisor
- Experienced CNC Machining background
- A clear understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and a solid work history within that environment
- Ideally a degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering
- Be a clear communicator, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate tenacity and drive, able to use own initiative
