Property Manager

£27,000 | Full-Time | Small, Supportive Team

We’re looking for a Property Manager with at least two years of experience to join our small, friendly team in Bournemouth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on position, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in maintaining well-managed properties and happy tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management - Oversee a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenancies run smoothly.
  • Tenant & Landlord Liaison - Act as the main point of contact, handling tenant enquiries, tenancy renewals, and ensuring strong landlord relationships.
  • Maintenance & Inspections - Coordinate repairs, conduct routine property inspections, and work with contractors to resolve any issues.
  • Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all tenancies adhere to legal requirements and keep accurate records.
  • Problem-Solving & Organisation - Take a proactive approach to resolving issues, staying organised, and keeping things running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least two years of property management experience (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy regulations and compliance.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset - someone who can think ahead and resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to build great relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
