Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assistant Operative, your duties will include:
- Supporting the quality assurance team in ensuring all products meet the required standards and specifications.
- Carrying out routine inspections and testing of products at various stages of the production process.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
- Assisting with troubleshooting quality issues and implementing solutions.
- Monitoring and auditing production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Reporting on quality performance and providing feedback to the production team.
- Comfortable to work in a cold environment
Background:
The ideal Quality Assistant Operative will have:
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of quality standards in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
