Our client is a prestigious, well-established estate agency based in the highly desirable area of Canford Cliffs. Who specialise in premium properties, working with discerning clients and high-net-worth buyers. The Role:

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will manage the entire client journey, starting from initial inquiries and viewings to the final sales progression and completion.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Handling applicant registration, inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring top-tier service and timely follow-ups.
  • Managing initial inquiries and conducting property viewings, presenting properties professionally to potential buyers.
  • Managing your applicant database, ensuring all buyers are properly qualified and registered.
  • Diary management, ensuring you optimize your time for viewings and client meetings.
  • Strong verbal and email communication, ensuring professional and timely responses to inquiries and ongoing client correspondence.
  • Vendor feedback and asking price management revisions

Once buyers are qualified and engaged, you will take charge of the full sales process, from offer negotiation through to sales progression and completion, including handling complex transactions such as leasehold properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
  • Managing and organizing initial buyer inquiries and viewings, representing properties professionally.
  • Managing and updating your applicant database to ensure buyers are properly qualified and registered.
  • Organizing and optimizing your diary to accommodate viewings, client demands, and other priorities efficiently.
  • Providing strong, professional email communication, ensuring timely responses and clear follow-ups.
  • Managing the full sales process from initial offer to completion, including handling complex leasehold transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.
  • Developing your own personal brand and network within the areas they cover

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of property sales experience.
  • Proven track record with at least 50 personal sales, including sales progression and handling leasehold transactions.
  • Excellent organizational, diary management, and communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over email and phone, with the ability to engage confidently with premium clients.
  • Determination, ambition, and a strong desire to succeed in a demanding, high-reward environment.
  • A self-motivated and professional approach, representing the client brand with pride.
