Lettings Property Manager - Southbourne, BournemouthUp to £35,000 + Incentive Bonus | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

We’re looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 250 rental properties for a well-established property developer in Southbourne.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Tenant Onboarding - Advertising properties, conducting viewings, vetting applicants, and managing all reference checks.
  • Tenancy Management - Ensuring smooth move-ins, handling renewals, and working alongside our assistant to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Compliance & Systems - Keeping up to date with regulations and using AST software confidently.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, long-standing team where collaboration is key. If you enjoy building great relationships with tenants while keeping everything organised behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Need:
  • Lettings experience with a strong track record in tenant vetting and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with AST software and tenancy compliance.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach - you’ll take ownership of the portfolio and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • A car and driving licence (this role involves travel between properties).
