  • Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday from 8:45 AM to 5 PM, and one in six Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Our client is looking for an excellent lettings negotiator and property manager, who is organised, methodical and has amazing attention to detail. You will need to have good IT skills, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.

You will be office based but will be expected to conduct visits and viewings out of the office regularly. You will be working in a small, supportive team where each member of the team is valued and owns their role.

You will need to drive and be over 25 to drive the company vehicle.

This role is managing the professional room letting side of their business, so you must be used to working in a fast paced environment. You will be self-organised and have the ability to communicate at all levels with both tenants and landlords. You do not need to have had experience in this area but must have previous experience of working in a busy customer service led role which is methodical and varied.

Duties:

  • Preparing details for each property
  • Listing the property accurately and uploading onto the in-house CRM which uploads onto portals such as Right move, On the Market and Spare Room
  • Listing all properties on their company website and updating regularly
  • Sending out Terms of Business
  • Conducting viewings of rooms with prospective tenants
  • To liaise with landlords on rental reviews
  • To liaise with landlords and deal with maintenance issues as required
  • Conduct Bi-monthly communal visits and room visits every four months
  • Liaise with colleagues and ensure that all associated administration for tenants and landlords has been completed

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.30pm and 8.45am to 5pm on a Friday and one in 6 Saturdays (9am - 1pm)
